Four Easy Steps

  1. Read the Vendor Rules.
  2. Register your company as a vendor
  3. Send us additional company information (OPTIONAL)
  4. Pay your registration fee of $20 (and optional boxed lunches)

Vendor Rules

Please read these carefully.  We don't have many rules, but we are very serious about them, so please be aware of our requirements for this event.

Rule #1 What NOT to sell

No commercial, brand name yarn or fiber. Don't bring it! This event focuses on homespun, homemade, indie, short-run, locally made, and independent yarn and fiber producers. You can sell tools, toys, and accessories made by big companies, but the fiber needs to stay non-commercial. If you have any questions ask us before you bring it.

Rule #2 Setting up and taking down.

You may begin set up at 9:00 am on Friday, October 10th.  Participants arrive at noon.  The facility will shut down every evening at 5:00 pm and will remain locked until 9:00 am the next morning. You can't get in over night, and neither can anyone else, so plan accordingly.  You, and all your gear absolutely, positively, must be out of the building by 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 12th.

Rule #3 Physical space

You will be setting up in an auditorium, where the majority of the activities for the weekend will take place. Everyone will get one 6-foot table.  You may bring a second 6-foot table to create an L shape, if you wish.  We can supply you with a couple of rather uncomfortable plastic chairs, feel free to bring your own if you would like to be more comfortable.  Space is limited.  You will have access to electricity, but bring your own power strip.

Rule #4 Your cool stuff

You are responsible for your stuff - We have found that fiber folks are more honest than mainstream folks, but if you leave your table unattended The Knotty Ladies are not responsible for any loss or damage to your cool stuff.  If you are a solo vendor and you need someone to watch your table, let us know and we will try to help.

Rule #5 Consider Giving

You don't HAVE to give, but we think it's only right that you at least consider giving a contribution to the event in one or more of the following ways:

  • a door prize
  • goodie bag prizes (30 bags will be created)
  • Spinzilla Team Prize

We thank you so much for wanting to be a vendor at this event!  We have limited space for vendors so applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis.  We will let you know as soon as we can if your application has been accepted.  We want you to have as much fun as the participants so if there is anything you need, please don't hesitate to ask.  We will support you in any way we can.  You can contact us at

If you want to send us additional information in the form of a short paragraph about what your company does, and up to 3 photos of what your company sells, we will put that up on the vendor page as well.  We reserve the right to edit your paragraph for length and grammar.
